The first 2 months in Vietnam’s textile exports fell 12 percent year-on-year

According to Vietnam, “Economic Times” reported on March 3, the Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and Trade of Industry and Trade Information Center on the 2nd that the first two months this year Vietnam’s textile exports of about 1.15 billion U.S. dollars, up 12 percent reduction.

 

Reported that currently 70 percent of Vietnam’s textile export enterprises so far received only in March of production orders. Ho Chi Minh City, the textile export enterprises Order 30-50% reduction in the volume of the same period last year. 2008 Vietnam’s textile exports accounted for 55 percent market share of the U.S. market during the first 2 months of orders decreased by half.
